Wayne is a data scientist and technical executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across engineering, safety, operations, program management, and quality. Throughout his career, he has used statistical analysis, advanced analytics, and AI tools to solve complex logistics problems, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.

His impact in fuel management and conservation is especially significant. Wayne led a fuel conservation program credited with saving more than $1 billion in fuel expense while reducing fuel consumption rates by more than 12%. He also helped advance aerodynamic efficiency through innovative rail and intermodal applications designed to improve operational performance and lower costs.

In addition to fuel efficiency, Wayne has applied data-driven strategies to improve safety, support emissions reduction, and strengthen transportation operations. His ability to turn complex data into practical action brings meaningful value to clients navigating today’s rail and logistics challenges.
