Spotlight on Leadership: Samantha Galltin, Senior Consultant

One of those leaders is Senior Consultant, Samantha Galltin, who brings over 15 years of experience across the transportation, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

Samantha plays a key role in partnering with ports and logistics stakeholders across the country, helping them navigate shifting freight patterns, strengthen commercial operations, and prepare for the next era of growth. Her deep understanding of port strategy, customer success, and infrastructure readiness makes her a trusted advisor to our clients.

Before joining RKP, Samantha served as Managing Director of Commercial Operations at the Port of Long Beach, where she led customer strategy, tenant engagement, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and market share. She also brings operational insight from her time with BNSF Railway, where she worked in both sales and field leadership roles, managing everything from national accounts to union rail operations.

Samantha holds a Master’s in Global Supply Chain Management from USC.

Her ability to translate big-picture strategy into actionable plans—particularly in port and intermodal environments—makes her a standout leader and a valued part of the RKP team.
