Tim brings over 25 years of hands-on leadership from Union Pacific and Loup Logistics, with specialized experience in:

• Military and government freight operations

• Transloading facility development

• Soda ash, plastics, and chemical transport

• Rail network expansion and strategic site planning

Most recently, Tim led Union Pacific’s military business through a historic $100M surge in wartime demand, managing sensitive materials such as nuclear rocket motors and Artemis II cargo. Prior to that, he doubled Loup’s transload and wind facility footprint, oversaw $6M in budgets, and managed a national portfolio of equipment and contractors.
